Virtual Internet Deals

What is Virtual Internet?
It is the opposite of Virtual Showroom of course. With a Virtual Showroom an Internet based company can trade without any real premises, simply a Web presence and an on-line catalogue.

Our new Virtual Internet only exists in our real showroom. The range has been introduced to enable personal shoppers, who don't want to order from a faceless screen, to benefit from Internet pricing while still retaining personal contact. We have put together a number of packages that can be ordered from our new catalogue at incredibly competitive prices.
In order to keep these prices as low as possible we must stipulate the following; All available information is in the brochure - if your answer isn't in there then we don't have one, all packages are to order - these items are not on display, packages cannot be split or mixed.

Obsolete Colours

So you have a coloured suite with a damaged basin or toilet and either your insurance company will not pay to replace the complete suite with a white one, or you like the colour and want to keep it! There may be a solution.

The cost of replacing an obsolete colour item is usually far greater than buying a new white one. However, when you consider the cost of replacing an entire suite, re-tiling etc. then it is usually a far less expensive option.

Please note that ALL discontinued colour products are special order only and you must confirm that you are ordering the correct colour.

In the more recent, and popular, colours shown below we can usually offer the following:

Please note that the above colours are representations of the colour. You should always confirm the exact colour BEFORE ordering as all of these items are special orders and cannot be cancelled or returned. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Special Items

If you need a specific item e.g. Ideal Standard Accent close coupled pan in Whisper Grey, or a colour not shown above, we may be able to source this either in original colour, or a reglazed item. If the item has been reglazed then parts that are not normally visible, such as behind a pedestal, will be white. This is not a fault and can be expected with this type of product, if you feel that this may be a problem for you then we would rather that you didn't order.

For specific items please contact us with the name, style, size and colour of the item you require and we'll do our best to obtain it for you.

For a more general "I need a basin in Flamingo" then just let us know an approximate size and if you have a preference for one or two tap hole and we'll let you know what's available.
